Big Mike's came out right away to fix my snowthrower this season while the other guys needed me to wait a month! My machine had multiple problems, and when they couldn't fix it all the way at my home they made another trip and took it back to their shop, and brought it back in just a few days working perfectly. Their customer service is outstanding and the charge was very reasonable.
Big Mike's Tool Repair fixed my Honda generator and it works perfectly. I use my generator daily and they provided excellent service by diagnosing the problem quickly and provided fast turn-around, at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely use their service again.
