Messaged a man about trading my vehicle for a truck. Drove all the way from lenoir City and the man I talked to said okay and that he will wait on me. Get there in about 20 mins after speaking with him and no one came out. Called in there and he said he already left and didn't think I was coming after he said he will be there and wait on me. Got there before closing time too. The office is still open but again he said he left. Wasn't very polite or even apologized. Total waste of time and do not recommend this place.

Big mikes is the best place in Roane county. We have gotten both of our cars from there.
