Was pleased with the response of this carpet cleaning company. They listened to critique and did everything to rectify the situation. They were very polite taking nothing for granted. Would use them again and recommend them to others. They cleaned heavy traffic areas of our church including a fellowhip hall. 9/10!!
They gave a brand-new life to our old carpet we were honestly about to throw it away! Excellent service, high-quality standards, and complete reliability from start to finish. Pathetic service.. They scheduled me for Friday June 12 between 3:00 to 5:00 pm and at 3:30 when i texted them they said ohh sorry I have forgotten that you scheduled the service i had to take a special day off for the service and they did not show up… They rescheduled me for Sunday June 14 between 10:00-12:00 the technician showed up at 12:45.
