If I could give zero stars then I would. Today is the 4th time that I’ve come out to my storage and the gate has still been locked. It’s 11:00 am, whoever runs this place must have a hard time remembering that they own a business that is supposed to open at 9:00 am .
Unprofessional
Its a good storage building location. Owners are friendly and helpful.
Melinda @ Big Macs was very helpful and very accommodating as I had to change my arrival time, several times and upgrade to a larger unit.
