People are great, mechanic not as much - so get a pre-purchase inspection from a mechanic you trust. HRV has significant issues but they did agree to take it back which was sincerely appreciated!
I give 5 stars to Big Mac Auto Sales. My husband traded his car in with a few issues to get a reliable car to get to and from work. Lee, Fran, and Johnny are the best they made the transition so smooth. We left the same evening with a very nice suv. I recommend Big Mac Auto Sales for your next auto purchase.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE. I waited to leave my review until I had driven my new vehicle 1,000 miles and I am glad that I did. I was lied to about the condition of a vehicle at time of purchase and now have to change the transmission out on said vehicle 1,000 miles out from purchase. I went to big mac’s on a day they were close because a car caught my eye, i went back the next day and test drove it and i went back again and left with it.
