Called with ten minutes before closing. I got a flat on the way to a very time sensitive huge trip and they stayed open for me and gave me a fair price. Good people and honest ones. 10/10
Big M are life savers for starters. I recommend this family owned shop to any trucker in a bind in the Kenedy or karnes area. They are solid ppl with good hearts, and don't takes advantage of truckers. These ppl go way over and beyond to get me back on the road, and I'm truly grateful for their help would give them a 10 if I could. Totally recommend their services especially for independent truckers fair on prices and make you feel like a friend rather than a number keep up the good work guys.
My SUV started shaking really bad as I was driving from Austin to Corpus. We pulled over and found a tire shop and found BIG M tire shop. I ended up having a bulge in my tire. Stephen and his team took care of it and had us back on the road in 20 mins They were professional, kind, and provided the best of customer service! Kenedy, Texas have the best!
