Very friendly service, grateful to have found this place I still had a 3 hr drive back, literally a life saver,thank you so much
Had a flat tire that I brought in right at opening. Had me in and out in 30 minutes, checked the whole tire and bead afterwards for leaks and showed me the nail that caused the flat. Would definitely recommend.
While driving from Rockport I noticed one of my tires was separating. Peter from Big M Tire came to the rescue. He came to my location, got me back on the road, and put my truck back together. Such a nice guy and very polite. Since I make the trip between Rockport and New Braunfels several times a month, I feel much better knowing I can call Big Ms if I ever need to. I’m adding Big M to my contact list.
