Absolutely the biggest crap hole of a business. besides poor washes and terrible damage to cars the owner and his employees are the most rude and disrespectful POS alive. Praying they go out of business. if you value your car DO NOT go here
Damaged my Chevy Camaro leather interior. Refused to take ownership. Employees mocked me while I waited for police to file a report. Orlando is the "manager", or owner, who knows everyone is shady there. Biggest scum. Do yourself the favor and stay away, really, I ignored reviews and it cost me $200 to get my leather fixed. If you go there and ANYTHING gets messed up and you think they will honor the mistake, YOU will be the only one mistaken. Just go somewhere else for the sake of your car.

Horrible car wash. Paid for the VIP, big waste. The car came out dirty and scratched. They left most of the car soaking wet, they sprayed armor all everywhere and barely wiped it off. Absolutely no quality control. I could have done the same job with a hose, sorry rags and a spray bottle of a diluted fake armor all. Car is still dirty, scratched, and covered in some slimy substance that i can only assume I paid extra for.
Leaves deep scratches and does not clean you're car (see Google reviews)
I come from Brooklyn New York and I think that the big M car wash is one of the best car washs in all of New York !
Big M Car Wash Of Westbury Not the Best Around Pass this place every morning on my way to work but only use them when absolutely necessary. Not friendly to their customers and they don't dry the car off well after the wash. It's like they just want to get done. Many times I have to go over my windows because they leave streaks.
