Disappointed. Hadn't visited since chain filed bankruptcy. Shelves were bare and others unkempt. Drove 21+ miles. Used to be my go to place for hard to finds household needs. Looking for aluminuim stove top drip pans, they only had plenty of the foiled type stocked. Wasn't greeted upon entering store and didn't see any workers to ask for assistance.

Bad customer service and warranty on thier furniture. I purchased a recliner june 5th by june 26th its completly broken. I have the 5 yr warrant plan and Big lots says to file claim, warranty company said it was a defect to return to store to file manufacture warranty and store saying no its covered by 5yr warranty. I got manufacture name contacted the they say they only give warranty to store I bought it from. Its alot of bs for a chair that fell apart in less than a month.

Since the new grand opening, the place is nice it’s pretty cool. They have lots of different merchandise up-to-date stuff. The only issue that I have is there is a lot of stuff in the store that does not have a price isn’t that I was asked if I needed help with anything. My experience was positive except many things did not have a price on them.
