RecommendedBig little were incredibly helpful, convenient, prompt and cost effective picking up my sofas and chair from my drive. Never will I hire a van for a dump run myself again. Got appointed pick up time in just a few days.
I have used them for almost 7 years now. We get a new guy picking up and there has been four issues I've had to call the main office for with reluctance on their part do help.
Twice this month, my garbage was put out for pick-up and it was left in the can - even though every other garbage can on the street was emptied. Who are the dum-dums picking up the garbage...or, more accurately, not picking it up? I will change the review when I start seeing real quality service.
