I have been a member of BLCF since 2018, best decision I ever made was to walk through these doors. The CrossFit methodology has increased my energy and strength as well as my confidence in all areas of life. Thankful for this community!

With a fantastic and diverse group of coaches and members, it really can be a home for anyone. Big Lick CF has been a home for me in high school, through my collegiate athletic career, and for years since! These folks were at HS games cheering, graduations, and my wedding. A true community, in which real health and fitness can be formed. Come check it out, it might just change your life :)
Best gym experience ever!
EDITED - I wanted to take a moment to update this review, We have now been members of Big Lick for 5 years. It was truly the best choice we have made. This is the epitome of the CrossFit community. The owners not only take care of the gym, but they serve others in the community. We have the best coaches around, they actually coach your form, and ask every day how you are and if you need any adjustments.
