Welcoming people, vibrant community and fun workouts! I am so glad I got to introduce my sister to CrossFit, she enjoyed it so much she came back and kicked my butt.
I started my CrossFit journey in the best place I could have ever chosen! It is freaking amazing how coaches took care of me in this place, always caring and so patient making sure I understood what I was supposed to do! The group of people I did my classes with were so welcoming and had a great vibe! I had such a great time in my three-month journey! Thank you BigLick for making me feel like home! Bummer for me that I am moving out of state as I know for sure that I won’t find a place like this - I love this group of people... read more

Wife and I dropped in for a Saturday workout. We LOVED it! From coaching to the communication leading up to the day, it was everything a gym should be. This is a community through and through. Other athletes were extremely friendly and encouraging. I hope our travels take us back here! We thoroughly enjoyed our time.
Big Lick CrossFit is truly like a second family to me! I’ve been a member for the last six years and some of the most near and dear people in my life I have met through this amazing gym. Big Lick has the most welcoming owners, coaches, and fellow athletes- I cant even remember what life was like before going! My husband and I love it, we’ve transformed not only on the outside, but the inside as well. I highly recommend the fun and encouraging atmosphere of Big Lick Crossfit!
