Just dropped in to do an open workout while working out of town. Traci was very responsive and helpful in getting me set up for a class. Once I arrived, everyone was very outgoing and friendly. Multiple people approached me, asking if I needed help with anything, and to welcome me into the gym. Great set up as well—good equipment, clean, & well organized. I would highly recommend them!

I moved to Roanoke from SW Florida in 2024. Big lick CrossFit came highly recommended from some friends whom were familiar with CrossFit. After my first class, I was hooked. Two years later, the workouts are still tough and the coaching staff and athletes are all so supportive and friendly. More importantly Big Lick CrossFit became my favorite place to be. Some of the best friends I have in the Roanoke are, and in general, I met there.

I have been a member of BLCF since 2018, best decision I ever made was to walk through these doors. The CrossFit methodology has increased my energy and strength as well as my confidence in all areas of life. Thankful for this community!
