Terrible experience with getting my son’s haircut today . Upon approaching the chair, it was covered in someone else’s hair to the point my son did not want to sit and Jessica was texting on her phone as I attempted to brush the seat clean. She continued to text as I provided guidance on haircut preference. The cut not what we wanted at all!
