Customer service with an attitude. It started with faulty gates. For whatever reason they weren’t opening as people were trying to get through them. 15 to 20 cars deep and we’re all waiting for people to manually get these gates moving. It seems it’s my fault their car wash did a terrible job of getting the soap off, and dried. You have to drive through at 1mph when your “wash” is in the weak “dryer” portion of the cycle. I didn’t sign up for a reoccurring membership but now realized they signed me up and billed me for 3 months while we were out of town. Their website says you can manage your account but I can’t even get into mine, and neither could the onsite manager. I have called them more than once and they never answer, instead they send you to voicemail. They ask that you email and wait for a reply for two business days.
