They have a high rating because they were exceptional for a long time but not now. After 4 years of spending over 700 a year on 2 vehicles the manager made it a point to tell me how wrong I was. It's fine if we disagreed and it was very amicable but my business meant nothing to them so I'll take it elsewhere. They also don't respond to emails anymore and my email was very friendly and professional yet no response.? What happened? Nick has always been such a great help. From actually Prepping as I drive in(windshield scrub and bumpers) to asking if everything is great at vacuums or if I need any assistance at all. He's a great leader and sets an Incredible example. He's definitely the reason we have 3 memberships.
I live in west Texas and have family here so every time I come into town I gotta swing by one of the locations. As you can imagine living in the desert and being a work truck my truck gets pretty dirty. Went by today and got a wash and was vacuuming my truck out when what I presume was a manager came by and started to hand dry the back of my truck.
