I didn’t sign up for a membership but now realized they signed me up and billed me for 3 months while we were out of town. Website says you can manage your account but I can’t even get into mine. I called them and they don’t answer, instead they send you to voicemail. They ask that you email and wait for a reply for two days. I guess I need to contact my bank to get my money back. Love this car wash. They have attendants who scrub the back and front of your car before you go through and they now offer window and interior cleaner for free when you are using the vacuums.
