I am extremely disappointed with Big Lakes Lawn Care. They were the company that shut off my sprinkler system for the season, but they never came back to turn it back on. Because of their negligence, my lawn was left without water and turned burnt orange, causing damage that could have been completely avoided. I contacted the owner Keaton hoping they would take responsibility or offer a solution, but they were no help at all. Not only did they trim the hedge like I asked them to (on my deck), but they also trimmed my raspberry stalks which were flowering. This was something I did NOT ask them to do. I guess I will have very few raspberries to eat this year. The frustrating thing was when I gave them a call to approve the job, I made sure for them to write down to ONLY trim the hedges by my deck.
