Bernie was absolutely amazing during the entire mortgage process. He took the time every Tuesday to call and update about where we were at in the process and what was needed to get us to closing. He is extremely charismatic and knowledgeable about all things mortgages! He goes above and beyond his normal duties, for example he sent a book “The Berenstain Bears’ Moving Day” to my toddler to get her excited about moving! Rick was a huge asset and help to my family in our first purchase of a home, relieving a lot of the stress that we anticipated.
