Justin was amazing. I called at 1 PM to have my dishwasher serviced he was at my house at 3:30 and had it fixed and ready to go by 4, He knew exactly what it was just by me telling him, I felt like the pricing was good as well! Thank you so much for helping me. I really appreciate it. I would for sure recommend you guys!
I cannot assess how well their technicians do because I submitted a request for service on line, received a confirmation email of my request, and never received the promised follow up to schedule service. Companies should not offer an on line option if there is not a good process to follow up with customers.
I'm very happy with the service I received from Big Lake Appliance Service! They were able to get me scheduled for the next day, and my service tech Seth was so great! He was kind, polite, knowledgeable.. and he got my dryer fixed really fast! And LOCAL!!!! Love Big Lake!! Thank you Seth!
