After using Big Lake Appliance a few times and being satisfied with their work and prices I have now been put on the no longer wanted as a customer list. When I was having an issue with my dryer, that was previously serviced by this company, I called and made an appointment to try and resolve the issue. I knew there was a $149 diagnosis fee and was happy to pay that for them to come out, diagnose and fix the dryer. The best service I have ever received. Honest, friendly and on time. Will for sure use them again.
Justin was amazing. I called at 1 PM to have my dishwasher serviced he was at my house at 3:30 and had it fixed and ready to go by 4, He knew exactly what it was just by me telling him, I felt like the pricing was good as well! Thank you so much for helping me. I really appreciate it. I would for sure recommend you guys!
I cannot assess how well their technicians do because I submitted a request for service on line, received a confirmation email of my request, and never received the promised follow up to schedule service. Companies should not offer an on line option if there is not a good process to follow up with customers.
