For two years, our refrigerator was making a loud screaming noise every 10-15 minutes or so. We did everything we could to fix it. We replaced the condenser motor. We replaced the evaporator motor. It wasn't helping. We called Big Lake and they sent a tech out a few days later to diagnose. He determined it was the damper motor almost immediately. Seth was awesome! Very kind, knowledgeable, and he did the work very quickly. I called them Thursday to fix my broken dryer and Seth fixed it first thing Friday morning.
I paid $199 for Big Lake to come and resolve issues with my dishwasher and range. No problems were found with the range and a loose screw was discovered with the dishwasher which was tightened and put back in place. I was charged $64.95 which I have no issue. However, the next day when I attempted to use the dishwasher, it wouldn’t even turn on. I called and left a message since it was the weekend. After using Big Lake Appliance a few times and being satisfied with their work and prices I have now been put on the no longer wanted as a customer list. When I was having an issue with my dryer, that was previously serviced by this company, I called and made an appointment to try and resolve the issue. I knew there was a $149 diagnosis fee and was happy to pay that for them to come out, diagnose and fix the dryer.
