Ken & his wife attended our property on 16th November 2024 to provide a quote for repairs and/or full re-render. At the time, both seemed like very nice people & stated they would provide quotes as discussed. Despite numerous phone messages & emails left by my husband & myself (as recent as 9th February 2025), they have not provided quotes or even shown the courtesy of replying. Our building company enlisted Big Ken and his crew for a particularly involved job. We needed someone who could install Aerated Cement panels around an outdoor fireplace and finish it with render. As well as needing to meet the strict building codes that applied, they were under a tight time frame. Both the rendering crew and the office staff did not disappoint. The project is finished and the results are fantastic. Thankyou for all your help Big Ken and Co.
