It's a great water park but there isn't enough shade. The workers don't speak English, making communication difficult. It cost to park in their parking lot then to pay the outrageous pricing to get into the park. I found this redundant. The lifeguards were not approachable at all nor were they helpful.
I have never been somewhere where there's so many employees that know nothing. 9 out of 10 employees simply said "I don't know" when I asked them a question about directions or procedures. Come on, train your people!

Me and my family had a wonderful time.. However I did get on a slide that landed me in a 61\2 ft pool and I can't swim.. Luckily the life guard got to me so quick, I thought I just automatically learned how to swim lol.. I didn't know the fall would land in a real pool, I didn't see a sign, but it could have been on the board, which I didn't read, because all the other boards were saying the same thing..I thanked the life guard a million times... So for future references people please read those boards!!
Very poor customer service! Rude employees arguing with customers and each other.
