I want to revoke my previous review. Chris and his team were here yesterday to begin my install. They were courteous, professional and extremely competent. I'm confident coordination with the lift installer will be seamless and this project will exceed my expectations. I extend my sincere apologies to Chris and his team. I was unable to remove my last review, as this would have been my preferred course of action.
I've been trying to coordinate the installation of an elevated pool/spa/tanning ledge and deck since September of last year. I have found their rep, Chris, to be much less responsive than should be expected for a project that is just short of a quarter million $. I am now trying to coordinate the installation of a lift to the pool deck, and just need some coordination between BKP and the lift installer. Terrible pool builder... Do yourself a favor don’t hire Chris. Big Kahuna Pools did my pool and now we are having problems.... Beware of Big Kahuna Pools....
