Absolutely love this place! Everyone is so friendly and makes sure you are well taken care of. I take my water sample at the start of the season and Cynthia gets me squared away every time!! If you have any issues with your pool and need help she is the best, I’m still new to this whole pool thing but she goes above and beyond to make sure I purchase the right chemicals and put them in correctly. Highly recommend this company!
I would put below a 1 if I could. Bought my liner from them and they recommended a guy name Leo to install. It was installed and then there was an issue. I contacted them and threw there hands up and said that was between me and there sub. Then sub wouldn’t return my calls or texts. Big kahuna won’t get another dime of mine and if your smart I would suggest not dealing with this company!
Not impressed by new ownership. Cindy and Mike in the store are doing the best they can with their hands tied. Congrats to Chris & Janine on your retirement though.
Had a wonderful experience purchasing our pool . Cindy was welcoming , positive , and very helpful. She answered all of my questions and helped make my pool purchase easy and fun. If I could give ten stars I would !
This new Big Kahuna is great! Under new management they are a fresh new friendly environment. Got me straightened out quickly and ready to swim already. They said they are installing on the ground pools now too. Definitely a step in the right direction. Go see Cindy and Mike!
