Han was friendly, fast, and did an expert job. He was responsive over the phone and I got a quality window replacement in record time. Would 100% use his service again.
Mr. Han was super nice. I was going through a stressful time after my car window was smashed in Vallejo Waterfront parking structure. I callwd all the nearby auto repair places, but he gave me the best price noone could match in town and to top it all, he even came to my house for the glass repair service. Brought in my car for a windshield replacement. Someone always answered the phone and was very nice. The price was very good and job was done well and quickly. I would definitely recommend. The only challenge was finding them if you want to bring your car to them. They are behind LL Flooring, same parking lot.
Big K provided a very reasonable quote. Their technician arrived the same day and was polite and did a fantastic job cleaning my broken glass and installing two windows. I called multiple places for quotes and Big Ks was the best and they were the easiest to work with. Thank you for your assistance.
