We've had a long-standing pest problem with a landlord that refuses to take care of these issues. They had previously hired Shoop's Pest Control and we were extremely dissatisfied with their "service", to say the least. We decided to call Big Jon ourselves and he patiently answered all of the questions and concerns we had and gave us a simple treatment plan. Fantastic and timely service. We had issues with a corporate company blowing us off and continuously rescheduling. John accepted payment same day of our initial conversation (which was 1/3 the price going the corporate exterminator route) and he came out to treat our home the next day. He also had his team come out a week after treatment for reassessment and further treatment. We will definitely be using John’s company for any future extermination needs, and recommend him to all of our friends!
