I was having a fantastic experience Bought a nice car still runs great.But when some damage happened , let them fix it , things were stolen out of my car and I was over a quarter tank gas missing, not happy about that. These people have people stealing from people's cars when they have them working on them. That is not okay, and if they're joyriding, that is even worse, this is my car I purchased from them, they should not be letting people that work for them. We have now purchased three cars from Big Jon's. I wouldn't buy a used car from anyone else. Purchased a Subaru Forester for my daughter.
Staff was incredibly friendly and cordial had no issues working with them with buying a new car an accommodating me They cut me an amazing deal have had it for 2 months and it's running amazing
