Big John's not only serves some of the best BBQ in Northern Arizona, it is also one of the best overall restaurants in the tiny town of Page. The name of the game is completely Barbecue, from the brisket to the children's hot dogs, everything is thrown on the grill. The style of cooking comes from West Texas, where most of the meats are smoked over Mesquite wood. Try the sampler plate, it has a bit of everything and it is perfect for two.

I’m from Texas and this was eh at the most. Overpriced for sure (maybe it’s because it’s a touristy area?). They don’t even serve brisket sliced. “Kids size” sandwich seemed like it was the same size as the regular brisket sandwich. $5.75 for a kids combo, burger and chips while my brisket sandwich with no sides or drink was $9.25. Potato salad was good though and the food came out fast after we ordered it but the meat was dry. Husband ordered ribs and they had a good taste but were dry. Server was nice and checked on us.

Sorry you didn’t enjoy your experience. If the kids sandwich was almost the size of an adult sandwich it shouldn’t have been, that meant you were overserved so I appreciate the feedback. Everything is more expensive right now due to the price of beef majorly going up. we don’t slice our brisket because we put it on nachos and salads and it’s easier to eat that way when it’s chopped up.. can you tell me when what day and what time you ate that can help us address some of your issues.. We appreciate the feedback.

Also, das Essen hat mit BBQ überhaupt nichts zu tun. Wir waren im September 2019 da. Der Service eine reine Katastrophe, absolut unfreundlich. Das Essen ist nicht zu genießen. Bei uns war es so, mit 5 Personen eingegangen,!!!
