We used this service in 2021 and had to use their faucet or it would not be guaranteed. This is the second time we needed someone to come out and fix the faucet, but the phone is always busy and no response via email. Are they still in business???

Don't trust any of these reviews. These guys, Jon Maciel and Andy Abrams are scammers. They were hired to hook up water and sewer lines on the exterior of a new project in SLC. On the sewer, they ended up charging $4,000 more than their bid. On the water line, they didn't follow the plans and ended up not pulling a permit and therefore not having the job inspected. Excellent!!! After the city contacted me about a possible leak in our main water line I found Big John's. I am completely satisfied with the service we received. The crew who came, Gusto and Spencer, saved us a ton of money. What I thought was going to be a complete line replacement, after crawling under my house, they identified as a much less extensive of a problem. I highly recommend Big John's.

Big John’s is amazing! The second story in my house doesn’t have a single cold air return vent and is sweltering in the summer. I wanted to add at least five; one in each room. I called 3 different companies to give me a bid, and Brian from Big John’s was the ONLY one who actually talked through viable solutions with me and didn’t try to sell me on additional equipment/services.
