Terriffic service – I was referred to Big John's by a friend and was so pleased with the service I received. I went to them after my daughter got a flat tire on our car. I told them I didn't want to spend a lot of money on an expensive tire since I lease the car and only have it for a few more months. He came back a few minutes later and told me he had a used tire he could sell me which I said was fine. He said he would have the guys mount the tire, rotate the tires and balance them at no charge. Poor customer service and unsatisfactory repair – I had work done to my vehicle and was advised they could do it. They completely did it wrong. I went to their vendor of the product purchased and was advised by their vendor that they completely did it wrong. I went back to get it fixed and was advised they fixed it. I got the run around several times by the owner and what appeared to be the manager. The problem still existed.
