Not only did I get my windshield replaced, I got a lot of education from these folks. I highly recommend them. Life time customer here. I cannot recommend them enough.
When you’ve broken your rear windshield, the only thing you can think of is how long it’s going to be before you get it repaired. After being referred to Big John by Mike at Concept Collision, John was able to give us an appointment almost immediately. We ended up having to postpone a day, and Mandy worked with us to get an appointment the following day. They were very amenable to working with us around our schedule. I just moved to the area in August. Need a windshield repair , I found Big John’s who repaired my windshield. Want an amazing job they did. Very very nice staff. The price was lower than anyone I called. Way lower. I highly recommend them!!!

This facility worked with my insurance company and waived any remaining balance not covered by my insurance for my windshield. John was on time and replaced my windshield at home even though he couldn’t get in contact with me. Staff was very professional and courteous over the phone. I will definitely return my business to them and recommend them. I prefer to support small businesses when possible.
