Highly disappointed. We are remodeling our house and went into Big John’s to get prices and supplies (laminate floor, tile, vanity, etc.). We asked for help and the man at the registers was extremely rude to us. We waited for 30 minutes for help and no one came. When we walked over to see if anyone was available the same guy that was supposed to be helping us was cutting up and laughing with another employee, no one else at the counter. Mike and employees are always courteous and helpful. I bought a water heater from here when the bottom gave out on mine. They even recommended a repairman to install and take away my old one.
I purchased all my cabinets for my new kitchen. Prices about the same but decided to support a local business from where I grew up. Cabinet department seemed annoyed with the questions I asked. Said they would call when the order was in and never did I had to every time and I had three different orders. When called about my last order with questions they said didn’t even have placed.
