I was recommended to Big John's by a close friend who had numerous excellent experiences. At first, I was thrilled to find a "buy here pay here" with a good reputation and had high hopes that I would continue to choose this location for my future vehicles. Unfortunately, the car they sold me was a lemon. Only 3 months post-purchase, the engine blew and all Big Johns could offer me was a $500 discount on a $4500 new engine.
