Great service and fast. I had to have front & back brakes, pads & rotors- the price was on the low end of googled estimated cost. And Big John is very friendly - a nice bonus
Stopped here after two other shops couldn’t do an alignment for me as a walk-in. they got me in and out in within an hour and the car was back to driving straight.
If I could give Big John’s more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. After calling first thing in the morning, they managed to fit me in within the hour. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. John took my vehicle for a test drive and put it up on the lift to investigate a noise I was sure was the front brakes. Came in to fix my tire and get my oil changed, the price and the customer service was phenomenal. It is a family run company and the owner John is such a sweet man who was very honest and helpful. So happy I found this place and would definitely recommend!
I brought my vehicle in because I felt a noticeable brake pressure almost as if my fluid needed a flush. The tech drove my jeep around the block for a test drive and quickly visually inspected the brakes. He everything was fine. He mentioned he’d love to accept my money, but only wanted to do so honestly. He recommended a local jeep specific repair shop if I really felt it needed a second look. Honesty and good work is all a customer ask for. I can’t rate the work, but I can rate their integrity. Kudos Big John’s!
