I brought my vehicle in because I felt a noticeable brake pressure almost as if my fluid needed a flush. The tech drove my jeep around the block for a test drive and quickly visually inspected the brakes. He everything was fine. He mentioned he’d love to accept my money, but only wanted to do so honestly. He recommended a local jeep specific repair shop if I really felt it needed a second look. Honesty and good work is all a customer ask for. I can’t rate the work, but I can rate their integrity. Kudos Big John’s!
Big John not only knows his stuff but is a man of integrity. He will tell you like it is and not try to push any services or products on you. If he was a full mechanic shop, he's the only mechanic I would go to. Women you can come here with confidence you'll be treated fairly no matter how little you know about cars, Big John is the best!
