BUYER BEWARE: I had John's team replace 2 sets of stairs, one inside and one outside. The first guy cut out every other stair on the outside. The inside had treads that were anywhere from 6" to 11". Completely unusable! The second time, they sent the "A Team" and apologized for the shotty work from the guy they fired and would get it done right for a little more money The second team tore out a wall and closet without permission and left it all open and you still hit your head on a beam. John was so easy to work with. He came to my house and gave me an estimate for fixing my deck. Within days he sent me the quote and plans for the job. His crew begin working and had my deck finished very quickly and they cleaned up everything. I was surprised how fast they were able to get my deck finished. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. No complaints. Very professional and walked us through every step until the job was completed!

While the overall structural work appeared solid, two visibly damaged boards were used in the railing. This was disappointing. The company did return to replace the damaged boards, but it took about a week and a half to get the issue corrected. Communication during this period was a challenge, as all the work is done by subcontracted crews without direct oversight. As a result, responses were slow and not always clear. Such great work on my back porch. Zack and Josh did outstanding carpentry work and were fast and very friendly to me and my animals. They ripped out old deck and built bigger way higher quality one than before. I'd highly recommend for outdoor deck building needs. Military discount.
