These people are complete scam artists! They took my auto insurance repair check & did not fix what was paid for. When I got my car back, they told me they were still waiting on a part to come in. Soon they would not respond to my calls or texts. Went by the shop's address & the people there (which was also a body shop) told me that was not their business. Big John's Auto also claimed to be BBB accredited which they are NOT!!
