John is courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. Not only did he repair two leaky outdoor faucets, he explained in detail how he was going to fix them. He also answered all my questions about future plumbing projects for my home. I highly recommend Big John , he is a gem in the Rockford region!

I strongly rec this plumber! He did a great job installing a basement sink in our home. Eventhough it took longer than he estimated he stayed with it until it was completed with exceptional workmanship. And he stayed as close as possible to the original estimate. The final bill was more than reasonable for the great work done. We will refer all our friends and colleagues to him for any plumbing needs!
Prompt reply and service. He installed a new water heater for me and did a good clean job. He did quality connections that met top safety standards for hook up and operation. He's trustworthy and I would not hesitate to use him for future needs in my home. Good communication.
