Had issues with a fuel pump in August.. towed my car into the shop on a no start condition.. paid for diagnosis. They claimed it was the fuel pump.. they was $350 for a new one. I found the part 2 stores down for $220 not oem. A full week and a half later on a 2 hour labor job I waited for them to install the part. I was told it was likely I had a bad fuse block because of how the codes were reading. Less than 2 and a half months later the fuel pump stops working. They need to stop scamming people with parts and labor that is not needed. They need to fix the issue correctly. Be honest instead of bluffing their way out. I will NEVER recommend them. They take your money and the problem doesn't get fixed. You are better off fixing it yourself. You will be surprised that you could do a better job.

Big joes is by far the best in Corpus Christi, and all of south Texas!!!! Very humble and down to earth people, they treat you with respect, excellent service, excellent turn around time, and excellent mechanics!!!!! A+ for sure. I haven’t found anything they can’t handle yet, heck they even installed my lawnmower tires, tell me another mechanic shop that does that? They are the best for a reason!
Excellent Service. They keep their word on estimates and have very fair pricing. They keep you up to date on the progress of your repair and no surprises when the job is done. Joe and Mike are class acts.
Best service ever! 😊 The worker was up front and honest about my tire. He said I fixed it but I can’t guarantee it will not leak because of where the puncture is at, but you have a lot of thread left on the tire there is no need to buy a new one one, but you may need to if it continues to leak. #HonestAndTrustworthy
