There is no "Big Joe Plumbing." This is a lead service posing as a plumber. They send the call to an answering service who routes your call to whatever plumbing is paying them for your call. When I called, the actual plumber wouldn't tell me his name and kept insisting that I tell him my plumbing problem immediately. I was trying to make sure he was a real plumber, and I wasn't going to get flooded with callbacks, but I think he has to pay if the call lasts a certain amount of time, so he needed to hurry.
