I had issues with my car on Christmas Eve and Big Joe told me to bring it over. He worked on it and got it back to me a few days later and it’s working the best it has in a while! Completely recommend if you live or are passing through the Tri-State area!!
We broke down over 600 miles from home, and were referred to Big Joe's. We were having a recurrent problem which had been "fixed" at least twice already by other shops. Big Joe's got us in, not long before closing time. He scanned our computer, realized it was the alternator, not what we had done twice before. He couldn't get a new alternator that late in the day, so HE DROVE US TO A HOTEL, and actually picked us up the next day to go back to his shop. Long story short, our car, with 100,000 miles is now running good as new.... read more
