I was stranded 20+ miles east of Pueblo after work with a broken serpentine belt. I called Big Jim's and he asked me what I thought was wrong. He told me he would wait for me and the tow truck AND HE DID! We got there at 6:00pm - he had several parts ordered and were there at the shop (based on what I thought was wrong). He stayed himself to fix my truck as my home was over 75 miles away. I take my Dodge truck to him for maintenance, and I will continue to take my truck to him and my other vehicles.
