Isabelle is seriously so amazing! She was so kind to explain every detail in the process (I’m a bit of a talker and ask a lot of questions) and I never once got an I don't know or a shrug. Definitely comfortable to know that my pets will be safe on the carpet so no trips to the vet! Highly recommend!
