Finds the problem and fixs it.
Was a very nice person. Came out and shook hands with us, loved our little ones and helped us out with push plates needed for our truck. He asked what else we would need told him about our dodge and what else we would need for our ford and he kept our number and said he will be on the look out for everything we need. Decent guy. I haven't taken my vehicle to Jim's (yet, but I will!)...but he did happen to find my wallet, track me down and go out of his way to return it with nothing missing - and refused to take any reward for his deed other than a handshake. I believe that says about all you need to know about his honesty, character and integrity. Thanks again, Jim...you are an honorable man!
