Big Jim could not possibly have done a better job for us! He arrived at exactly the time he said he would, a mere three hours after we called him. And we called him today, December 22, a Saturday! I just had Jim come out and he replaced an old motion detector. He was prompt and completed the task in a matter of minutes. Jim was the first person I contacted when I was looking for a handyman and will be the only one I will contact in the future.
Big Jim is the best handyman in the Eugene/Springfield. Such a great guy and can tackle any job at an amazing price. He truly saved my day and will save yours too!
In a Fred Meyer Parking lot I stopped to allow him to back out (I wanted his spot). But he continued to back and back and back, and when he got inches from my number I honked to make sure he knew I was there, and hopefully prevent getting rammed. In return he proceeded to flip me the bird. While driving a company vehicle, you represent your business. And today Big Jim showed himself to be an arrogant inconsiderate careless individual. Perhaps you should take your company name and number off your back window.
