Where do I begin? First off, Grace with ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I walked in thinking I was going to shop around for a unit and by the time I left I had rented one from Big Jim's. From the moment you enter you can tell this is the Disney of storage places. Extremely professional, listened to what I needed to store and showed me THE EXACT unit I was looking for.
