I just got around to really at some of the "work" this company puts out and..oof. No i would not recommend this company to anyone else. Just pure laziness. Pretty sure any off the the street handyman would polish his work better than this. Go with the other guy.
Just bought a new house and Big Jerry's came out to put two areas of chain link fence in place with a gate. Their price was fair ( 1K less than one of my other quotes). They got out to complete the work a few weeks ahead of their promised time which was a nice surprise. The fence looks great and keeps my dogs safe!
Mike Mugica and Dilan Criste installed a 4-board wooden fence for me yesterday and they did a tremendous job. They were professional, kind and highly skilled. I would recommend these two individuals 100 times over. Ethan and Mason (leads) were also very helpful and professional with the logistics and scheduling of the install. A very good experience with this company.
We couldn't be more pleased with how our fence turned out in our north Newark neighborhood. We needed to replace our old wooden privacy fence with secure 5-foot chain link, and the Big Jerry's crew did an excellent job. Mason and Ethan stayed in contact with us the entire time and were very responsive — and kept us updated as the schedule progressed, including dealing with zoning permits and Ohio weather.
