Bigjeff audio is great the staff members are the great people in the business I ordered a basshead garage volt meter and when it got to my house the packaging was damaged during shipping and a plug was missing and the staff was so great and helpful they replaced it I have ordered from bigjeff audio a few times now and all my transactions had been great Thank u bigjeff audio and staff you guys are great I had an issue with the meter when the plug got hear and I notified big Jeff audio and ones again them guys are great I'm gl... read more
First thing I wanna say is they were the first company to even respond back and responded back in 30mins from my first question. They were very helpful in informing me on lithium batteries for my system which is all new to me and I was clueless on and helped me find the right set up for the small space I’m working with and the amount of playing time I wanted. Very helpful company and the employees are all very nice and patient especially with going into detail explaining everything to me.
Linda knew it all, how it happens, and made it happen absolute queen in her field give that girl a raise !!!! Very very pleased with the service can’t say enough .. props to big Jeff!!!!
