The food is good, but unfortunately the customer service left a lot to be desired. My order was incorrect, and when I brought it to their attention, I was treated as though I didn’t know what I had ordered or what I paid for. I shouldn’t have to prove that an order is wrong before being taken seriously. If a customer calmly points out a mistake, the appropriate response is to acknowledge it, correct it, and move forward respectfully—not make the customer feel like they’re the problem. I’ve been coming here since they first opened specifically for the catfish steaks/nuggets. I’ve never left a review until now, but the catfish quality has really gone downhill. My last 5 visits over the past 2 years have been disappointing. When they first opened, the pieces were much better, but now they seem to serve whatever pieces come out of the bag.
