I highly recommend Big Jake’s Complete Auto to anyone and everyone for their service and vehicle needs. Andy behind the counter made me feel right at home and my service was fast and overall the customer service is by far the best I’ve ever received while getting my vehicle worked on. They had me a new tire within minutes and put on and I was out the door. I will most definitely go here for any of my vehicles for the future.
I had a nail in my tire and they repaired it quick, which was covered under my warranty they talked me into when I got a new set of tires. Lifesaver for sure!! Secondly, I heard a “rattle” in the back of my car since having my tires rotated at a Nissan dealership last week. Andy went above and beyond, listened to me and my concern and checked it out only to find I have a bad strut. UPDATE!! Big Jake's called me today june 15th 2020. The found the problem with the car. A plate that the crankshaft sensor gets its info from is broke parts and labor for that is $1,397 They are unsure if it was broke to began with or if they broke it doing the timing chain. There was also another $694 in additional parts. Tanya apologized for the lack of communication over the last 7 weeks so to try and make things right they are going to fix it and I will not be billed the $694 or the $1,397. I came to Big Jake’s for the first time this morning to get new tires and a front end alignment. I was greeted and taken care of with a big smile and I had the best service and the best price. I have been to a lot of places,but never been treated as good as I was today. I will definitely recommend these guys and I will definitely be back !!! Big Jake’s,you guys are the Best !!!
I had a great experience at Big Jake's. I bought all the parts that I needed replaced and they were happy to do the work. With this social distancing recommendation in place the supervisor offered to take me home and pick me up when the work was completed. I asked to talk to the specialist who worked on my vehicle and they were happy to oblige me. I asked the needed questions and he answered them without hesitation.
