Very professional. Jack couldn't have been a nicer guy. Fair prices and great service. Plus they do their own towing, so if I get stuck somewhere I know I'm still getting back to the garage in one piece. He even towed my motorcycle twice. Strapped it down perfect both times. Not a mark on it 👍🏼
I've used Jack and his crew at least three separate times .I won't bring my car anywhere else now . The price has always been reasonable, Jack is honest and upfront about what needs to be done and how much it's going to cost He explains everything so it's easy to understand Not only would I highly recommend Jack and his crew, I would insist you take your car troubles to Big Jack's . Great experience- quick and painless
I had my radio screen replaced here and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The price was very reasonable compared to other shops I checked, and the service was top-notch. Jack was so friendly and personal, really taking the time to explain everything and make sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. My Jeep feels brand new again thanks to them! I’ll definitely be back for any future needs and highly recommend this shop to anyone!
