Terri is a good, honest sales person. She was very patient and had a lot of knowledge about the vehicle. Teri walked me through the whole process, and was able to answer questions. I’m very pleased with the customer service that i received at Big Jack Auto Sales.
Went to go look at a car, Teri was super nice. Was having computer issues so paperwork took awhile to get filled out for loan. The only issue I've had is I bought the car and almost 3 weeks later I dont have plates or registration. No temporary tags available so car is just sitting in my driveway. Shop number won't answer phone. Had to call treasurer office myself to get any answers and still waiting for tags.
I truly love my truck ! Terry is a great salesperson. The customer service is top notch. The new management team is amazing.
I'm a repeat customer. I'm pleased to know that the scammer guy is no longer working there. Terry is a good salesperson. She showed all service records and receipts. The vibe was good and Terry was pleasant. Also, I received my title at the close of the sale. I recommend this place, especially, the new people running it now.
Went to go look at a car, Teri was super nice, process was easy. I had looked at previous reviews but seen they were improving with new management. Glad I did, I got a nice vehicle for a good price.
