Great and caring staff.
Dr. Mitsui was very friendly, efficient, and thorough. He was very patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. I was in and out within 40 minutes as a new client, which made me happy. Also should note, these guys fit me in last minute when Eye Care Hawaii canceled my appt 10 days before my appointment because I didn't confirm. I was already fed up with their unprofessionalism and 2 hour long eye exam visits, so I decided to drop them altogether. I'm so glad that I did! I’ve been coming to Dr. Mitsui for the better half of 10 years now and I have nothing to say but amazing things! I recently broke my eye glasses on Friday (New Years Eve) and was worried I wasn’t going to be able to get a appointment in a timely manner. Dr. Mitsui not only got me an appointment on Monday but he also provided me with different pricing options for my issue! So thankful for your years of service!
