We spent almost a year planning for our wedding at Hulihee Palace. Jade and Paul were awesome to work with. A week before the wedding we found out the storm of the century was coming, the Kona Low. We were warned that the rains would be okay but winds may prevent us from tents being set up and we would have been forced l to cancel our wedding. Big island tents saved the day. I needed 40 chairs for Thanksgiving. I hear Big Island rents does more larger events for some of the biggest events that happen on Island, but as a local resident I was very thankful for him catering even to the little guy. Paul was amazing. Very professional. When I arrived to his facility to pick up the chairs (although they offered to deliver them for a reasonable fee) I couldn’t believe the amount of catering supplies as far as the eye can see. Paul, Jade and the setup crew were such a pleasure to work with! I was the lead planner executing a destination wedding on The Big Island (Pahoa) which involved a lot of logistics as it is the rainy side of the island. Communication was always prompt and pleasant, prices were reasonable, and the setup crew went above and beyond. Very professional team, highly recommend!
