I needed 40 chairs for Thanksgiving. I hear Big Island rents does more larger events for some of the biggest events that happen on Island, but as a local resident I was very thankful for him catering even to the little guy. Paul was amazing. Very professional. When I arrived to his facility to pick up the chairs (although they offered to deliver them for a reasonable fee) I couldn’t believe the amount of catering supplies as far as the eye can see. Great company very communicative, everything went flawlessly for my wedding.
Paul, Jade and the setup crew were such a pleasure to work with! I was the lead planner executing a destination wedding on The Big Island (Pahoa) which involved a lot of logistics as it is the rainy side of the island. Communication was always prompt and pleasant, prices were reasonable, and the setup crew went above and beyond. Very professional team, highly recommend!
Working with Big Island Tents was fabulous. The staff in the office and the field are responsive and friendly. They returned my calls quickly and were SO accommodating and helpful! I will definitely work with them again for any gigs I have in Hawaii! I can't recommend them more!
