Needed an emergency appointment, and they got us in. Even as a new patient.
End of life care to these doctors are not dignified to our pets. I feel gaslit as a month later she is decrepit. If you have money and want your pet to suffer past there time go here.
Dr. Grune has been VERY helpful with my fearful and anxious Malinois with IBD, allergies & behavioral issues. The most comforting thing was seeing how much my dog likes him. She's not good with most people but she went up to him like he was her long lost friend! Wow! Additionally, I find the staff to be exceptionally friendly, diligent, highly communicative and always showing concern. We love the doctors and vet techs at big island pet care .
These doctors and staff are very compassionate and take the time to explain their procedures and recommendations for our two elderly chihuahuas. Prices are reasonable for our finances and conveniently located in HPP.
