Most caring, sweet Vet you can have. He treats my kids exactly the way I do and I love that. My cat was having a rash under his coat. His diagnosis was 100% on point. Cat healed 7 days later with what he prescribed. The office is a very calm clean place. Staff is caring and loving toward the animals.🤙🌺❤
Worst place. Office staff 4 people & Dr. I booked appt.& Was on time. I waited 45min outside. Came fully prepared. The assistant was kind and attentive. The Dr.Sabina-Rude, cocky, talked to me like I was dumb.Charged me $$$$ for nothing but prescriptions. She didn't do shit but waste 3hr of my time and $$$. Didn't even administer any medication. I see why she's a Vet- because NO humans would like her and animals cant talk back. Although my dog Didn't like her. .. I should've walked out the min I noticed.
Finally found a vet who could see my dog,, they did all necessary actions to get her well again, I appreciate all their help and very friendly workers. 🤙🤙🤙
I feel like I let my dog down by bringing her here. I was hoping to get her the best care on the Big Island but I was regretfully mistaken. This place is awful. Definitely the worst vet I have ever been to. If you love your baby, companion, or best friend do NOT come here. Forgot to add this - To make matters worse, at the end of the second visit the receptionist told me my dog’s vaccines were expired, even though she had literally just been vaccinated on July 31, 2025.
